1. General Refund Principles

Dana's Slotovi operates on a fair and transparent refund framework. Because we act as a purchasing agent for lottery ticket pools on behalf of our syndicates, the timing of a refund request relative to the draw closing window is the single most important factor in determining eligibility. Once physical tickets have been acquired on behalf of a syndicate, the associated costs are irreversible and refunds cannot be issued for that transaction.

We encourage all members to review their syndicate allocation carefully before confirming a share purchase. Our platform provides a clear summary of all relevant draw details, including closing time, share price, and syndicate composition, before any payment is processed. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these details and are satisfied with your selection.

This policy applies to all share purchases made through the Dana's Slotovi platform, regardless of the payment method used. It applies to all members equally and is not subject to individual negotiation. For any refund inquiry, contact our concierge team at [email protected].

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full refund of your share purchase price will be issued automatically in the following circumstances: the syndicate you joined was cancelled by Dana's Slotovi before the draw closing time; a verified payment processing error resulted in a duplicate charge to your account; or our platform failed to confirm your share allocation before the ledger closing window due to a technical fault on our end.

Refunds for eligible situations are processed within five (5) business days of the triggering event and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Where the original payment method is no longer active, we will contact you via your registered email address to arrange an alternative disbursement method.

If you believe a refund is owed to you under any of the conditions described above, you must submit your request within 14 calendar days of the relevant draw date. Requests submitted after this window may not be processed. All refund requests must include your registered email address, the relevant draw date, and the transaction reference number visible in your account ledger.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund under any conditions: a change of mind after the share purchase has been confirmed; a request submitted after the syndicate tickets have been purchased from the official lottery operator; a syndicate share that was entered into the draw and did not yield a winning outcome; or a request arising from a failure to read the syndicate terms and closing window prior to purchase.

Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to the provision of false identity information, payment chargebacks, or manipulation of the ledger, are not eligible for any refund, whether in whole or in part. This applies regardless of whether tickets had been purchased at the time of termination.

We also cannot offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the lottery draw outcome. The results of all draws are determined entirely by the licensed state lottery operators and are entirely outside our control. Our role is limited to purchasing the syndicate's ticket portfolio accurately and distributing winnings proportionally.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, registered email address, transaction date, and a brief description of the reason for your request. Our team will acknowledge your submission within 24 hours and provide a decision within five (5) business days.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting the relevant state consumer protection authority. In New South Wales, this is NSW Fair Trading, reachable at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au. Dana's Slotovi fully cooperates with all legitimate regulatory inquiries.
