1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or creating a membership account with Dana's Slotovi Syndicates Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or participate in our syndicate offerings. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any party who interacts with this website or any associated communications. They are governed exclusively by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to syndicate participation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are lawful residents of Australia. By completing the membership application process, you warrant that you meet both of these criteria. We conduct mandatory age and identity verification through accredited Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your membership account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Membership is a personal entitlement and is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, assign, or sublicense your account to any other individual. Each individual is permitted one membership account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated at our sole discretion.

3. Syndicate Participation and Payment

When you purchase a share in a Dana's Slotovi syndicate, you are acquiring a fractional interest in a defined portfolio of lottery entries. The syndicate terms, including the number of lines, share price, available allocations, and draw date, are displayed in full prior to purchase. All share purchases are final once confirmed. You agree that your payment authorizes us to purchase lottery tickets on behalf of the syndicate.

Prize distributions are calculated mathematically based on your proportional share of the syndicate. Dana's Slotovi does not take a percentage commission from winnings; our service margin is embedded in the share purchase price. All winnings distributed to Australian residents are tax-free under current Australian tax law.

Payment methods accepted on our platform are limited to those displayed at the point of purchase. We utilize industry-standard payment gateways to process all transactions securely. Dana's Slotovi does not store full payment card details on our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dana's Slotovi acts solely as a syndicate manager and ticket purchasing agent. We do not operate, control, or influence the lottery draws themselves, which are administered by independent, licensed state operators. Our liability in connection with any syndicate is strictly limited to the verified purchase price of your syndicate share or the proportional prize yield successfully claimed from the official draw operator on the syndicate's behalf.

We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, banking system failures, government actions, or natural disasters that prevent the timely processing of a syndicate share before the draw closing window.
